I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received from our waitress, Lolo, at The Rock Design Quarter Date 29 September 2024. When we arrived and asked for the burger special, Lolo seemed displeased and gave us a bad attitude. She took our order and left. When she brought our cocktails, I asked for the WiFi password, and she insisted on entering it herself instead of giving it to us, which was surprising. Another waiter brought our food, and Lolo was nowhere to be found. My husband had to repeatedly raise his hand for assistance, and when Lolo did come, she seemed rushed even though the restaurant was not busy. After finishing our meal, Lolo asked us to pay in cash so she could get her tip immediately. We told her we didn’t have cash, and she suggested using cash send, which my husband declined. She then left us to her friend, and when we asked for a paper bag for our leftovers, they told us they were out and seemed unwilling to help. Despite the poor service, we did leave a tip when we paid the bill, but not in cash Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 400–450 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
