The pizzas looked good but were both undercooked, with dough that was heavy and chewy. On the red pizza the tomato was raw and sour while on the potatoes and sausage the potatoes were still raw and the sausage had an unpleasant taste. In my opinion a really negative experience.

I saw the many advertisements for the place, the photos of the pizzas, the photos of the appetizers and I can't say that my mouth was watering, I tried many times to book a table but the place was always full but last night we managed and it wasn't you can blame them if it wasn't possible to taste one of their dishes before. However, table for 2 we took 2 Montanarine with mortadella, chopped pistachios and pistachio pesto, 2 sushi crock with pistachio and 2 pizzas, one better than the other but unfortunately this was the only photo I managed to take given the hunger it is the goodness of the products that were served to us, it was not possible to wait until we immediately started eating. But now I want to make a statement for the pizzeria brand and for all the staff, I also come from the restaurant industry and it's been a year since I left that profession given that today in a city like Pescara it is very difficult to continue doing this profession, they make you stop wanting to do the most absurd things, I'm a very fussy person, I read ALL the feedback before going but I wanted to see what the truth was, nasty things were said about the staff who were grumpy, grumpy and didn't listen. the customer's needs (never true, at my table even though the PLACE WAS FULL we had two very kind and polite waitresses) that the quality of the pizzas is very poor (but unfortunately most people don't understand what they are eating, see if the part the bottom is burnt and I haven't seen any burns from them and this makes it clear that the base of the wood-fired oven is more than clean, the crunch that everyone says is non-existent but alas I have to give you some bad news, if in a pizzeria you meet a oven which is electric so invasive cooking will have that effect but the NEAPOLITAN pizza cooking must be docile and never invasive otherwise go to pizzerias that only make ROMAN PALE). Having said this, I wish the staff of PIZZERIA RANDOM the very best of luck for the future and that we will see each other again this week, because I want to eat MORTADELLA 2.0!!!!
