I recently visited Pizza 73, and while the pizza was delicious, I was disappointed with the customer service experience. When we arrived, there was no immediate greeting or acknowledgment for the first couple of minutes. Once a staff member, Isha, did attend to us, there seemed to be a lot of confusion when I asked about their pizza options and dips. Despite asking simple questions about crust options and requesting square cuts, Isha appeared to struggle with understanding, and when she did respond, she rolled her eyes, which came off as unprofessional and dismissive. Additionally, I had to ring the bell multiple times to get assistance, which added to the overall frustration. Although I would return for the pizza itself, the customer service needs significant improvement. A more welcoming attitude and better communication from staff would enhance the overall experience.
