Good customer service. Employees take good care to make sure that quality of food going out is always on point, no matter how small the order. I really enjoyed how clean and tidy it was on the inside, and the food arrived steaming hot and delicious. I usually enjoy picking up from Freshslice, but I’ve had some uncomfortable experiences with one of the older women working there. She often treats delivery drivers with a dismissive attitude, as if we are beneath her. Her facial expressions are unfriendly, and she stares at drivers in a way that feels very disrespectful. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic kindness, especially when we’re all just trying to do our jobs. I hope management addresses this, because it creates a negative atmosphere for those picking up orders.
