There were a few things that stood out for us when we came here for lunch on Labour Day. The general area was lively and put us in a good mood before we even walked in. This was helpful because we were finding some difficulty moving through the move in crowds. We walked in with slightly lowered expectations because of this and were happy with our meal. The server gave us the time we needed and checked in just enough to refill our drinks. The food was what we expected and the menu was diverse enough that everyone got what they wanted. Looking forward to returning, Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very social and loud atmosphere. This place is always packed but not never full enough to not accommodate you. Great service and servers. The food was definitely worth it and the prices were very user friendly but I recommend checking the menu before going in to locate the special deals on special days. Piper Arms Waterloo, VERY DISAPPOINTED! Took my cousin from the east coast out for dinner. Ordered at 730pm. Not very busy at all. We ordered a wrap with fries and a clubhouse with fries and a side of cesar salad with 2 gingerales. Nothing too complex. 8:10pm, no food but delivered the salad which had about a gallon of dressing on it. Complained and got a new one 10 minutes later. Our waitress was delivering other guests food and beers to the patio. Asked 3 times for our dinner. Waitress said they were training new staff in the kitchen. An hour later we get our dinner. Minus the fries because apparently they weren't ready. Fries arrived drenched in grease halfway through eating the sandwich and wrap. Asked for our bill, waitress proceeded to serve others for 15 mins before getting our bill. At this point it's after 9 and there's legit only about 8 guests in the restaurant. Posting pictures of my clubhouse beside my hand for size reference. I'm also not a big person so not to be fooled I don't have giant hands. The sandwich really is that small. Next picture is my husband's take out. It looks absolutely disgusting. It was supposed to be a four cheese mac and cheese poutine and there is no cheese on the noodles. Zero stars given. And zero tip. The waitress was awful and seamed to care more about serving the beer buying customers on the patio. Will NEVER be back and recommend you don't waste your time and money.
