I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Pho Tasty. It took almost one hour just for my order to be accepted, and it kept getting canceled, forcing me to reorder multiple times. I only stayed patient because I was really craving pho. When the food finally arrived, the first red flag was that it came in a garbage bag, which was very off-putting and unprofessional. Unfortunately, it didn’t get better from there. The meat tasted old and not fresh at all, with almost no flavor. The soup itself was just okay, but everything else was bad. What makes this more disappointing is that I’ve eaten here before and enjoyed it, but this is now the second time I’ve had a bad experience. Because of the long wait, poor presentation, and decline in food quality, I don’t think this place is consistent anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1
