Si vous n'avez jamais goûté la cuisine cuisine italienne, venez à ce café. Napolitano propose un ricotta délicieux. Un biscotti délectable est le plat le plus savoureux. Après une longue semaine de travail, vous pouvez essayer un rhum délicieux. Les gens visitent ce lieu pour commander un latté immense.
Avec ses plats à emporter, cet endroit est idéal pour les clients qui veulent manger rapidement. La seule chose qui puisse vous décevoir à ce café est un serveur non professionnel. Un service beau est toujours un plaisir. Payez un prix raisonnable pour manger dans Napolitano. La plupart du temps, on trouve ici une atmosphère plaisante. 4.1 est la note que ce lieu a reçu du sytème de notation de Google.

Be very cautious when ordering pastries from this establishment through their 'online shop' and website. I placed a large order to have delivered by a specific date. According to the company's website, you can set a date and they will get your order to you via DHL Express. Needed my baked goods for a Christmas dinner party, and requested the delivery no later than the 9th December. Order placed on the 5th, shipped on the 6th. DHL depot near me received it on the 6th and held it. Did not deliver it on the 7th, and the 8th was a holiday. Tracking showed it would be delivered by end of day on the 9th. Meanwhile perishable pastries have been sitting in their depot for a few days. The 9th came and went. The order never arrived. I called DHL and they advised the order would NOT be delivered as it's food and that is prohibited to be shipped through their company! I had been in contact with Antonio from this establishment via FB messenger since they never respond to emails or their contact form and their website and advised him of what DHL said and the order would not come. Told him how upset I was that my order did not come. Was promised it would be delivered by end of day on the 9th. Nope! I demanded a refund as now I had to rush out to buy pastries for the dinner party and was out 68 euros for this order. Demanded a refund. Back and forth with messages and lies from the company. Kept telling me they would refund me the following day. No refund appeared. Then on Monday, 12 December I receive a call from DHL confirming non-delivery. I told them to send it back to the seller (Pasticceria Napolitano Poderico) as now I was being told from them that I could not receive a refund until the order was REFUSED! Insanity! DHL sent me a confirmation email of our conversation. Then I messaged the pastry shop yet again advising of my conversation with DHL. They advised they spoke to DHL to 'destroy' the package and I would receive my refund today, 13th December. This promise for my refund has stretched out for five days now and nothing has arrived. This morning, I get a notice from DHL that the package is out for delivery to me! After telling them don't deliver it, send it back, and the pastry shop supposedly telling them to destroy it. Waited hours for the driver and when he arrived I showed him the confirmation email from DHL that the package was to be destroyed and returned to sender. I refused the package. I have been messaging this company all day on FB messenger and they refuse to respond. I won't call them because my Italian is not strong enough. And, I want evidence of everything they've told me in writing because now, I've filed a fraud case with my bank about this purchase. This company cannot be trusted! They promote themselves on social media several times a day about how great their pastries are and how they are thrilled to have you as a customer, then they screw you over and steal your money. Be very cautious when ordering from them online!
