Dined here with my gf recently and it was very good. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon and wasn’t too busy. We got the burger and calamari. My gf said the burger was amazing! The restaurant itself was very clean and bright. The lighting in the bar looked very elegant too. They put football on without us even asking. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Brisket Burger

I could give ZERO STARS to this Paps restaurant if I could , family and I went for dinner here we thought we gave this rebrand of turtle jacks a try, we go and order our food no problem okay then once we got the food someone at our table noticed a hair in one of our food dishes we call the waitress and they take the plate back and they make us a new dish, manager then comes back with the new plate and tells us he normally doesn't do this and hands us the new order okay once bill comes he didn't give us a discount or anything we asks why for our troubles he then tells us it was one of our hairs and calls us a liar ? this is how you talk to your customer's paying good money to eat at your restaurant doesn't even give us a call discount or free drinks or desert very poor management if u want disgusting hair in your food and to be called liars by service.. come to this rebranded restaurant STAY AWAY
