Un service sympa est ce que les invités aiment ici. Vous pourrez être surpris par un prix démocratique dans cet endroit. Avec un décor moderne, les visiteurs se sentiront comme chez eux. NEVER AGAIN!!! The booking was made for 13h00. We arrived at approximately 12h45. We were taken into this cold area under a roof, absolutely no atmosphere. The wind was bitterly cold and no effort was made to ask if we would like to sit outside in the sun. There was no sign of any senior management just very young people as waiters. We ordered our non-alcoholic drinks then we ordered our food. We waited and waited and waited and waited and waited. Eventually at approximately 13h45 we requested our food to be placed in take-away containers as we decided we could not sit in the bitterly cold. It took even longer to eventually get our food. Our one family member asked to see the manager. A young man came out who was old enough to be his grandson and apologized. This is NOT good enough. Why was the manager not moving around the tables. There seemed to have been a great time going on in the kitchen, lots of noise, laughter but no food. There was no supervision and it was a huge embarrassment for me, especially as the family travel far for a visit. You really need to sort out your Sunday service and not leave management to a bunch of youngsters that have no customer care experience. NEVER AGAIN
