My great nephew had a party at Spur Burning Arrow Spur, Queenswood and we were treated with the worst service I have ever experienced. After speaking to the manager once and getting no response I waited for him to finish having a personal chat (yes it was personal I heard the conversation as I waited) and spoke to him a second time about the service. After having a cigarette outside and coming back in I noticed that nothing had been done at our table. I spoke to the manager in a normal voice for a third time and he shouted at me.
