A very quaint and cute coffee shop with a really nice vibe and an intriguing menu. The barista was so friendly and explained the menu to me thoroughly. I popped in for a drink while passing through the area and although I can’t speak to the quality of the coffee, the blueberry matcha latte was a very unenjoyable experience. The quality of the matcha is low for the price point of the drink (I’m fairly certain it is the culinary matcha from Costco, not ideal for drinking), and it was prepared with much too hot water, bringing out a strong and unpleasant bitterness. The blueberry flavour was non-existent. I also got a muffin to go, which tasted good but was ice cold? Very strange experience overall. Will likely only try coffee drinks here in the future. A beautiful little coffee spot! The man who runs this location is so kind and really patient/helpful if you're unsure what to order. I have loved every drink I have tried from this place and look forward to trying out the rest of the menu. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Highly recommend you visit Oliver Coffee Bar to try delicious coffee, pastries and the warmest welcome from James, award winning barista and owner! James named this place after his grandfather Oliver. I'm sure grandpa Oliver would be so proud with how James makes every drink with his heart, warms up each customer's day with Irish hospitality and offers value for money carefully chosen local pastries and coffee beans. Aside from his lovely indoor seating, he now has patio tables and cold drinks for the sunnier days. Drop by Oliver Coffee Bar and experience the difference! I'm sure you will leave with a smile and a better day. (Update: Loving the new patio chairs and umbrella!
