Très bon accueil. Laura est une vrai magicienne J avais très peu de temps (avion du retour à prendre). Elle a redonné une vrai couleur de blond et de la brillance à mes mèches en peu de temps ! Merci Laura tu es une vrai pro. Mo a redonné du tonus et du modernisme à ma coupe. Dommage qu ils ne travaillent pas près de chez moi ! Oh my where do I start.... I feel bad for the hostesses because they are amazing kind people who made me feel safe. This review is for the stylist. Let me start by saying I have a regular Salon I go to for almost 2 years and never switched go another. Today I had a last minute feels to want to switch my hair for pride, and sadly my amazing usual salon was fully booked which I am glad because they deserve it honestly. I decided to go to O Coiffure & Spa thinking ok the prices I see was not too bad on the website estimating it would max cost 110$. But no.... 225$ for what a stylist that talks over you that doesn't let you speak your thoughts and explain what you want, the roughly does the style on your head and makes you feel like this waste of space I have never felt in my entire life. Insisted I needed two bleaches even though I know from my experience of 2 years with my usual salon that my hair doesn't need it, then grumbles with a grumpy attitude because I kept insisting that I only wanted one for him to realise at the end that I was right one was needed. I do not disrespect trainings etc of specialists yes I didn't go to hair school but seeing my stylist do it many times and knowing how easy my hair takes to dye I should at least have the right to explain that. The funny part is the so called beverages they offer I felt like was gonna run my bill to 900$ because of course they would charge more for everything. If let say I tolerate all that, but at the end I don't even get my hair brushed it's all messy.... Lord my special salon that I go to does twenty times more effort than all these other salons not going to lie ouffff, never again will I try another salon outside my regular one.
