Today, on the occasion of our anniversary, we had lunch at o boteco. We had been there before and it was nice to go back. A place with attention to detail, pleasant atmosphere, very kind staff, excellent food, from starters to desserts, and good wine. A great intuition to propose not only Portuguese but also Ligurian cuisine, both for tourists and for us Genoese. We will try the aperitif soon! Three Genoese people... for the first time we wanted to taste Portuguese cuisine We walked along Via Garibaldi and arrived in Piazza della Meridiana, there in Salita di San Francesco 2 is the O Boteco restaurant. The place is particular with its niches, it has simple but original touches. The restaurateurs are very welcoming. The dishes are truly tasty, served with professionalism and friendliness. Ho un po' paura a lasciare una recensione, perché di solito quando ti innamori di un luogo vorresti tenertelo tutto per te. Ma la bontà eccezionale dei cibi, dei vini e l'incredibile atmosfera che si respira meritano tutta la pubblicità possibile. Se venite a fare un giro a Genova non potete non venirci. Non fatevi suggestionare dalla necessità di dover andare per forza in una delle trattorie ""tipiche"" che vengono propinate sulle guide. O Boteco è il vero must di Genova.
