It is the cost to run a business which is why the place is small. The pizza sauce tasted like plain strained tomatoes without any seasonings. The crust was without good flavour and reminded me of terrible frozen pizzas you'd have during childhood. The cheese (grana padano) was good but was overpowering, hiding what the base cheese tasted like, but it just barely saved the pizza from a one star review. Do not order here. North of Brooklyn Pizzeria is our go-to place for local, delicious pizza. Their pizzas are delicious and have unique flavours. However, this place is ALWAYS PACKED TO THE BRIM! They aren’t always able to answer their phone since they’re so busy, so I would recommend ordering online and giving them some extra time! And if you want a table, reserve ahead of time! Their pizzas are always made fresh to order. We LOVE their Pepperoni, the Green Out, and the Cheese the most. We also always HAVE to grab a large box of their Garlic Knots with their homemade Creamy Garlic Sauces. They are simply the best! I highly recommend this place for delicious, fresh pizza. Their unique variety of pizza flavours, delicious sides and sauces always have us coming back for more!
