I am simply posting in hope that the owner knows what's happening at his shop, the service and food was good, But as a business owner myself it was disturbing to me to see managers sitting on a table with friends or clients taking rounds of shooters and in uniform for that matter and not once did i see them checking on clients I just hope the owner sees this post and they know what's transpiring in their shop when they are not there, I was there last night for dinner. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: R 400–500

What a shame, Mythos. We have been supporting you for years. We chose to sit outside. Your table covers are filthy, the floor and tiles are dirty, the pebbles between tables have bottle tops and plastic garbage in them. We asked for an expensive wine...our favourite....which I believe has been topped up from other opened bottles. The side plates were grimy, and I had to wipe my glass because of finger prints and dirt on the inside. The lady who brought me a clean plate, wiped a table with the same cloth as the new plate I was offered. The poor waiter .... a trainee, offered his apologies. We tipped you, young man, as it is obvious that you are not receiving proper training. The Manager is defensive and passive aggressive. Pull up your socks....Cradlestone has 4 other excellent restaurants providing food and service of excellent quality. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 400–500
