Very disapointing customer service. I will be contacting Mr Sub's head office, but just a quick note here to let you know that the service at this location is appalling. I am deaf, and when I attempted to place my order, the "lady" (I use that term lightly), had absolutely NO patience or understanding regarding my disability. I asked her to supply me with a piece of paper and pen so I could write down what I wanted, and she literally huffed at me, and said, "no, I do not have". I stared at her in disbelief, and stormed out, which I should not have done. What I should have done is stayed only to make her life a little bit more miserable. See, we deaf people can get on a person like this nerves!!
I'm disappointed at the customer service at this location to say the least. My father is a senior citizen and he sometimes needs things repeated, instead of being patient, the lady pointed him to a visual and wrapped his sandwich like she was being bothered. There were no other customers waiting. Its not ok to treat people like that, they need more help and at the end of the day they are customers.
