Waffle was undercooked. To their credit, they replaced it but the replacement was not much better. Soft and mushy inside, barely crisped on the outside. For someone who grew up on the old Milky Lane that used to make the BEST waffles, it's a massive disappointment. Biggest waste of calories ever. The rest of my group got ice creams and we're happy enough. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We arrived there 25 minute to nine o'clock no one attended us and we waited for 5 minutes while we were looking at the menu trying to decide on what to order, there were 3 ladies at the counter and they didn't attend us they were having a conversation among themselves and when we finally decided on what to order they told us they are closed and continued with their conversation. The sign clearly states that they close at 21:00 pm. This isn't the first time something of this nature has happened to me while at milkylane at Springs Mall. Meal type: Other Price per person: R 1–50
