On Friday 13 September 2024 18:10 we walked in to order. We waited a few minutes to be served. After giving our order the cashier rung up the order incorrectly. She was daydreaming and we had to get her attention to get our proof of payment. We waited about 20 minutes for the order to be made that was not an issue. When we went to collect our order the cashier asked our order number but was having a conversation with the kitchen staff and then went and helped another customer while we could see our order ready on the hot pass over. When we got home we were surprised about the inconsistency of the size of the fish but it was cooked well. Onion rings were soggy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely disappointed. We baught foor for about R200 but it was disgusting. First of all the order was wrong and when we went to rectify it we received a bad attitude. Secondly the food was either too oily too eat or was so soggy that the dought on the calamari looked like wet flour and was sticking to everything. I was very disappointed in this service and food quality and do not intend to go and order from here anytime soon again. Yes this was the Fishaways in Springs Mall. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 150–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am extremely disappointed in the Springs Mall branch and will not order from them again. I placed my order at 17h12 and had to phone now, 1 hour and 15 minutes later, to follow up on the order. The app does not allow for tracking currently so I can't even track the driver. Very quick to take your money, however not so quick with informing clients if there is a problem or deliveries are running late. Now, with the number supplied for customers to contact, I was informed that they will call me back within 5 minutes once they have contacted the driver. I have been waiting for another 20 minutes now. Pathetic!!!! I will never waste my money here again.
