Asked for coffee. Machine broken. Ordered a waffle and soda lite. My husband can't take sugar. Sorry we soda but all have sugar. We just left. There is a game and pick and pay where they could have got a can. The art of working in a place but not giving a shit. We just left. Sad

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would but even that would be generous. The place is filthy and the service is non existent! Absolutely no food hygiene or safety, servers touching ice cream cones with their bare hands and basically ignoring customers. If you value your time and your health, I wouldn't bother eating anything here. We left without ordering anything on two separate occasions because staff were just not interested in taking our order or even acknowledging that we were standing there waiting. I don't see this branch lasting much longer as most customers just leave without ordering anything. Disgraceful. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been a customer at Milky Lane Clear Water for a very long time. But today I was shocked how thin their cones have become. It's almost the size of my finger and it's so fragile that while I was enjoying my icecream the entire top broke off. I requested for a new one but this time it should be in a sugar cone. But again, to my surprise the sugar cone has also been replaced by a knockoff of the original sugar cone I came to love. So... as from today, I will no longer be a Milky Lane customer. So sad Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
