Firstly great service from Siza! Food was so good yoh! Haloumi was good, sushi was fantastic! Drinks were cold and flowing, great experience, definitely recommend it to other sushi lovers who haven't experienced Parrots Clearwater yet. Just lacking some good background music. Their service is terrible. You cannot have staff standing by the door and non of them acknowledge you. This is for the second time I have experienced this. I had reservations that they have changed but it appears that they are not willing to uphold the standard of the place. I had to even call and the manager by the name of Ndumiso who also doesn't seem to care about my terrible experience. Going through the reviews I can tell that no action is taken to improve their service. The service is really appalling. This establishment will make you lose your love for food and question the level of customer service
