Come for a bowl once a week. I must say I’ve tried my fair share throughout Toronto and this competes with the best of them! Always received with kindness and punctuality. From the moment I walked into Midori until the last spoonful of soup, my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The red spicy soup I had was a delightful burst of fresh and invigorating flavors. Midori Ramen, an addition to Vaughan since June 10, 2023, provides a cozy ambiance perfect for small gatherings at tables for 2-4 and accommodating larger groups at two sizeable tables for 4 or more.. Despite its compact size, they have a warm and inviting atmosphere that ensures a comfortable dining experience for every guest. The service is notably friendly and attentive. They continue to uphold the standards established by their sister locations. The broth is both rich and flavorful, and while the mid-level red spicy ramen isn't particularly spicy, it's very tasty and light. The chicken and pork belly are tender and well-prepared, albeit slightly thinner than some might prefer, and are served alongside corn and red onions. The soft-boiled egg, which comes at an additional cost of $2.99, is quite pricey, especially considering it's not soy-marinated. Additionally, during our visit, the noodles in our group's dishes were clumped together, making them a bit challenging to separate. The restaurant is in the process of obtaining a liquor license, which could enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, Midori Ramen is a good option to consider for a meal [4.5*]!
