We make our own sundae, our own tonkatsu breadcrumbs from my bakery and our own broth over a long period of time. Only here in toronto. Also, almost every menu item is priced at less than the minimum wage per hour. Thanks,

Don't pay attention to any of the negative feedback here. If someone gives this place anything less than 5 stars, the issue is with them, not the restaurant or the food. This is one of the very few places in Toronto that offers the most authentic Korean soups. Consider yourself lucky to have found this gem in the food court! I know that the owner makes everything from scratch. From the soups to the soondae (Korean sausage), and even the breadcrumbs. If you enjoyed a meal here for less than $20, the least you can do is give 5 stars to support this small business. That's the least you can do if you're a decent person. To the owner: Please keep up the great work! I want this restaurant to thrive for years to come! HIDDEN GEM ALERT: @menkatsu_markham Same owner as the once highly rated Ramen restaurant downtown called Tokyo Ramen. Owner Chef Peter, one of the kindest and funniest people I've met within my food content days. Ramen: Top tier and affordable!? WHAT! The pork was super flavourful, the broth was next level and so rich, and did say the price is very affordable compared to some ramen shops? Sweet potato Katsu: OMG why didn't we try this earlier. The addition of sweet potato is genius. This is a must try! I've never had this anywhere else. shopsonyonge food court has some of the best, bang for your buck, comfort food in the GTA. So many amazing local restaurants serving up quality food.
