We ordered: - Thin noodles Tori Buta - Thick noodles Duck Shoyu - Thin and Thick noodles Signature Tori Paitan - Appetizer platter both veg and meat The first thing i have to mention is that the portion was huge and definitely worth the price. I have quite an amount of left over noodles (especially the thick one). I would prefer the thin noodles over the thick one because it didn’t make me feel bored eating it because it “seems” less, due to the size. The broth was creamy but also light, i devoured all the broth. My favorite would be the Tori Buta with thin noodles. I don’t like eggs so i have no comment about it, but my bf said it was really good! The appetizers are pretty good! Especially the karage chicken and the purple yam fried!!! The fried tofu is a bit odd to me, it tastes like chicken but not at the same time (i know it’s veg option) but just try it if you’re curious. The staffs were very very friendly and helpful! The take out boxes for noodles were good quality (lol). Would definitely visit again for their seasonal ramen!!! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Original Tori Paitan $16.49 10% off if you pay by cash My first time having chicken paitan ramen. The thin noodles and rich soup went well together and was delicious. You can choose from thick noodles, thin noodles, or kale noodles. The soup was too rich for me, so I wasn't a fan of it, but I'm sure many people like it. I tried it because they were doing BOGO (buy one get one free) to celebrate their 3rd anniversary. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I often visit Midori Ramen since it’s conveniently close to my home and is one of the better ramen spots nearby, though I wouldn’t call it the absolute best. I usually go for the Tori Paitan, which comes with five sizable pieces of meat—definitely filling. The broth is rich and slightly salty, and while it’s flavorful, it can become a bit overwhelming after a while. It’s a solid choice, though, and works well as a takeout option for later. I also enjoy the Aigamo Tataki, which features duck with soy sauce and scallions. It’s decent—I’d rate it around a 7 out of 10. I also tried the tako wasabi, a favorite of mine, but this time it arrived a bit too quickly—within two minutes of ordering. The wasabi flavor wasn’t as strong as I’ve had at other places, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I’d rate the ramen around an 8 out of 10, while the side dishes hover at a 7 out of 10. Still, for a local option, it’s a good spot to satisfy a ramen craving. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
