Moi et une amie avons réservé pour le match de la coupe grey. Le service était très bien. Avec le manque de personnel, nous étions très compréhensif. Wow les cornichons frits numéro un! la guiness aussi très savoureuse. En plus victoire des Als:):) . Côté amélioration. Barrière de la mézanine à solidifier. Espace un peu restraint. J'aime beaicoup le style rustique:). Price per person: CA$70–80 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Deep Fried Pickles, Chicken Wings and Fries

I visited McLean's Pub a lot throughout the years, but I was unimpressed with the quality of service I received last time.On a Sunday evening, I sat down with a group of 4 people and we had issues throughout the night getting the attention of our server. We ordered our food, but I said I needed a few more minutes to select a drink. However, she never came back to take my order.After 20 minutes, I managed to flag down another staff member (I assume he was a bartender) but he told me I had to order from the server. I asked if he could ask her to come to our table. 15 minutes went by and our waitress never came, but the bartender passed by again, so I asked a second time if he could ask the waitress to come over.She finally came after asking for her a second time, but seemed irritated by me, as she said "I heard you've been asking for me." It was a bit uncomfortable, but I ordered a glass of sangria. However, by the time the drink was brought to me (over 20 minutes later), we were already finished our food and had asked for the check.After being at the pub for 1.5 hours and having finished eaten and already asked for the check, I obviously didn't want to sit and sip a drink anymore. So, I left the drink untouched on the table. I hoped I wouldn't be charged for it, since it was brought after we were done our food and I didn't even touch it, but it was charged to my bill. I would've said something, but we were so tired of waiting we just wanted to get out of the pub as soon as possible.The cherry on top was when I asked the waitress for a box for leftovers, and after 15 minutes of waiting, I went up to the bartender and asked him for a box. He got me a box in a minute. He apologized for the service, but my whole group was irritated at that point.I was planning to have 2-3 drinks (as were other people in my group), so we would've spent a lot more in total had the waitress come around without us having to ask mulitple times.I don't think I'll be coming back.
