This is my Loblaws. Has been for years. Really like all the folks that work there. Just wanted to give a shout out to Jamie. Today I needed to find an obscure item and he went out of his way to help. The art of caring for a guest remains in tact where Jamie is concerned. Sorry didn’t get Jamie’s last name.

I used to be neutral about this Loblaws location, until I became a customer with PC Express. Since then, my opinion of this location has gone way down. Week after week, they provide me with the incorrect products, incorrect substitutions, bad produce and picks, and items that are 1 or 2 days away from expiry after I have requested to stop doing that. They have also crammed my groceries so my bread, chips, tomatoes are on the bottom of the bag, and things like cartons of juice are sitting on top of them. When I visited in-person with my kids, my little one was stuck in cart that had a faulty seat belt. I drove the cart into the customer service area, where they told me no kids allowed (because they sell cigarettes and lottery tickets there). My child was crying and I asked the lady at the desk for help because he was stuck and panicking. First, she told me the kids were not allowed in. After telling her I was not leaving, she told me that I had to wait in the queue. Unbelievable!!! The treatment at this store from so many levels just sickens me. I can understand if you've had a long day and are frustrated, but do better. These are paying customers who you are serving. You gotta do better.
