Good evening Ilyes, Normally I would attend to the complaints in a very positive manner, and I believe that bad reviews do help us better understand where we have gone wrong and that is what helps us address the issues and fix them. Unfortunately I cannot and will not accept your review as a true and correct reflection of your experience. To use words like "canned food" and to even put in black and white "no toppings" is just an indication of how low you actually are and if I did accept such nonsense, I would just be as shallow without any backbone. I am in no way suggesting that you never had a bad experience, but I am confidently stating here that you have no right to post such ugly comments about a restaurant that I have spent years building through all the challenges and obstacles we in this business face. I will not be ashamed of my team when you should actually be ashamed of yourself writing such harming words.
