Previously, the restaurant was excellent, but now it deserves a “good” rating for its cuisine, and the attitude towards visitors can be compared to a diner at a train station. This opinion was formed due to the following incident - for a reason unknown to me (perhaps due to the lack of experience of the waiter or clumsiness) during service, fatty potatoes in green sauce were dropped on my clothes. RESULT: The polo and trousers are stained with “green grease”. The waiter brought a wet rag to clean clothes, but the desired result could not be achieved. No one except the waiter came to apologize or ask what happened and how this incident could be resolved. Apparently managers and administrators are either absent from work, or this is not part of their job responsibilities. Next, I was asked to get a discount card or choose dry cleaning. I chose the second one, the waiter Alexey specified at what time the next day it would be convenient for the restaurant manager to contact me to resolve all formalities. And here's the most interesting thing: 1. None of the employees of the “restaurant” Rasputin called during the day. 2. In response to my call to the restaurant, the administrator Ivan (I may be wrong with the name) said the following: - “I have a lot of work and I had no time to call you, I planned to do this as soon as I was free” and this is the answer of an employee who represents the interests of the restaurant positioning itself as one of the best in town??? 3. As it turned out, no one was going to send a courier to pick up the clothes; it was suggested that they bring the dirty clothes themselves during the restaurant’s working hours and leave them with the hostess, and then apparently pick them up themselves. As a result of the above, I DO NOT recommend visiting this establishment with things that are dear to you, unless, of course, you are ready to throw them away or go to the dry cleaners.
