If you want to ruin your day off for your money or you have nowhere to go, visit this cafe. We waited 1.5 hours for regular desserts with the kids on Saturday. They carried everything gradually until one person ate the sandwiches, and they brought nothing to anyone. In the end I found out that when ordering I had to ask for everything at once! if you inadvertently ask for dessert after the main course, there is a good chance they will simply forget about it and start cooking when they no longer have any appetite and no desire to stay here, as a result the hungry and angry people leave. They stopped maintaining the Bellini brand of the establishment, it’s a pity.. We had lunch at the Krem cafe with our family. We ordered soups, sandwiches, black tea. Instead of black Assam tea they brought something pale yellow in color. They asked what was with the tea - the waiter assured that it was Assam(!). And it looked like someone had already drunk this tea and poured boiling water into it again. They asked for a replacement. Replaced. They brought food, everything except the fish soup. The pancakes are cold... We wait about 40 minutes for the fish soup. We remind you. We are waiting again. We ordered another portion of sandwiches. They brought sandwiches. Instead of the chicken that we ordered, they brought it with salmon. No apology or offer to replace. Still no fish soup. We ask about the fish soup. An hour later they bring the fish soup. Please ask for the bill. among other things, the bill includes 2 (!!!!) servings of fish soup and salmon sandwiches (by the way, we should count the ones we ordered, that is, with chicken). But ok. We ask why they counted 2 servings of fish soup for us. Waiter's answer: well, you already ate one portion and asked for a second..... Curtain.
