Had a fabulous first experience. My bestie treated me to brunch since it was my birthday yesterday and the waitress was so sweet! She even included a sparkler on my pork belly benny (which absolutely melted in my mouth!) Liberty Soho was such a great brunch spot! The pancakes were amazing—super fluffy and just the right amount of sweet. The vibe was fun, and the staff was super friendly. Our second time dining at Liberty Soho - we returned because our first experience was SPOT on for food and vibes. This visit did not disappoint! Our server, Kayla was outstanding! Super attentive and on the ball! She was helpful with the menu, making sure our kiddo (10 year old) was having a blast & helped him through the menu (picky eater!) Hannah was so very friendly & helped our little guy get set up with ski-ball each time he needed change to play - not many spots that cater to adults go the extra mile for kids and these ladies really made us feel like family. Thank you also to the bartender (name I didn’t ask) for mixing delicious cocktails as usual (I recommend his Margarita) CHEFS the beef quesadillas & Kentucky chicken wings hit it home for us, honourable mention to the poutine also! Kayla & Hannah really left an outstanding impression on us, we will definitely be back for their tip notch service, thank you for being so welcoming ladies!
