It is of course an experience that we deeply regret. Unfortunately, we have been in the situation that we, among other things, Due to illness, one of our chefs in the kitchen and our manager in the restaurant have been missing on this important evening. This combined with the general situation with a lack of manpower and the continued high absenteeism due to illness (Covid-19 and the following side effects), it was not possible to resolve the situation in a satisfactory way for our guests. We would of course once again like to deeply regret this. It must not happen. As you write yourself, our staff has done everything they could and ran extremely fast. We naturally thanked them for this. We would really like to hear from you at [email protected] so that we can find a good solution to this unfortunate experience. We would like to thank you once again for your feedback, which we greatly appreciate and have certainly taken note of.
