Asked for a tiramisu and got served ice cream with nutella. When I asked the staff about why I received this they said it’s just regular tiramisu, but “cold”. At the cashier, when I said I would like a refund, they refused, and just said that “you just don’t like nutella”, insisting that this is just a regular tiramisu. Both the waiters and the other staff were extremely rude with the way they were speaking. NEVER GO HERE Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We’ve got served frozen tiramisu! We complained and they assured us they give us a fresh one for take away as we were in a rush. They didn’t discounted it on the bill - no option what was ridiculous. Later on we checked the tiramisu at home and it was the same, open tiramisu we had on our table at the cafe. They didn’t even covered it and liquid was all over! Disgusting and not costumer friendly. We paid for two desserts and two coffee over 15 euro. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really disgusting! The desserts are saved but there really is better. Advice to the boss? Change staff because it really scares people away! I came today for some pastries to take away on the plane, I kindly asked the shop assistant to put another tray on top so as not to crush them and she refused to put it on me even though I had asked her 3 times. Result? When I got home they had turned into an omelette. Tourists, don't go there, they really are thieves, coffee for us non-locals is €2.30 and for Neapolitans it's €1.20 but please, you're really sorry! Rather than cheating like this, I would give them to you as a tip! But that's the least of it... there was a salesman so good and new that he still had to learn the job and for a small mistake he made they had to make a "Neapolitan style" scene to belittle him. But heck, explain this job to him instead of continuing to tell customers that it takes "a lot of patience with him", you haven't made a good impression on yourself at all.. Ps: change staff, hire nice, smiling and above all polite people. And you will see that you will get better reviews! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
