The staff was immediately helpful.
The general manager is dragging his feet to release security footage to help us / montreal police to make it safer and prevent this from happening again.
Happy to change to 3 or 4 stars if we resolve this before Tuesday 5pm July 17, 2018.
To whoever manages this page, contact the owner of poke bar immediately and directly because the GM doesn't believe the safety and security of his customers and Montreal is a priority based on his slow actions.
My bag with laptop, passport, cc. Etc was stolen in broad daylight in the terrace. I was with two friends and we sat next to the exit. A couple sat next to us and another couple next to them. As they finished their meals, we scooted our chairs in to let them by. Sneakily, that's when they took the bag and we didn't realize until 10m later.
Filed a police report etc.
GM has had one call with my lawyer friend since the incident on Sunday July 8th.
The leadership of an establishment should take responsibility in making their customers feel safe. Security should be a priority.
Cooperate with us and the MTL police to make Montreal safe and to let thieves know they are not welcome at Le Poke Bar or anywhere in MTL because security at stores will actually be used in collabration with the police.
OR
Don't help us swiftly to catch thieves that is robbing from your customers. Then we'll have to go to the news and shine a light that
"BEWARE: Le Poke Bar is a target for thieves."
OR
"Le Poke Bar is one of the team of MTL restaurants to work together with the MTL police to catch organized thieves."

I will change my review to a 3 or 4 because food is pretty good here, but how can we eat here when our safety is in question?
