Her problems could easily have been discussed in person and perhaps given explanations, but no, in 2025 it's cooler to write reviews and discredit the work of people who dedicate a lot of time to this profession. The gluten-free base is very popular with our customers and when it was frozen, what's the problem? As for the bathrooms, I don't understand if you are referring to cleanliness (since you arrived at 9.30pm and therefore many people before you had used them) or to aesthetics (but unfortunately we can't do anything about it since the walls are not of our property).
