The total bill was €100, which also included: Paccheri with duck ragout, parmesan and black truffle, asparagus risotto, crispy bacon and smoked ricotta, glass of wine, two bottles of water, coffee and place settings . Compared to the two dishes mentioned, our fried dish is made up of 3 scampi, 2 blue prawns and 2 red prawns from Mazara del Vallo (not lower quality Asian or Argentinian prawns) accompanied by vegetables in an emulsion prepared in our kitchen. Instead, on the cheese platter you will find mozzarella fior di latte, stracciatella, salva cremasco, hard smoked ricotta and 30 month old parmigiano reggiano, honey and tomato jam, also home made in our kitchen. All the ingredients are fresh and top quality and you pay for quality, as it has always been in our restaurant, even if perhaps you no longer remember it, given that, as you specified, you haven't been here for eight years. In conclusion, we would like to point out that the prices are displayed on the notice board outside the restaurant and also published on our website: you had every opportunity to check the cost of a dinner at L'Ape Regina and decide to change venue.
