Very satisfied, been there 3 times, 1 time a little less when the windows were a little less hot, but still satisfied. The staff is great and even recognizes us after the second time. After a cold ride through the rain on the scooter, we visited Kumo Ramen in Amsterdam Oost. Kumo Ramen is one of the few ramen places in Oost. The seating area is cozy, and comfortable. The interior fits the picture very well. For starters we got the chicken karaage, and the chicken broth ramen as the main dish. The karaage along with the dip had a great taste. The ramen however is the real deal. The broth is creamy, rich in flavour, and the spicy oil combines extraordinarily well with the broth. You are definitely missing out if you don't take the spice. The chicken meat has a nice bite, and the noodles are just perfect with a good amount of chewiness. I only regret having one egg in the ramen, the egg is a real game changer! The staff is super friendly, and service was amazing. The price-quality ratio is an easy 5 out of 5. Definitely recommend you all to come and try!
