Of course, if I had known what I could do with missing wine lists online, this would never have happened. What do you think if you would just drop by the house, stand in front of me, present your face and real name (as I do every day, by the way), and explain your problem to me with a little decency. We are going to find a solution. But it would be even better if you teach us all this. You seem to have the time and expertise to run all of the things that it takes to run a top class restaurant (your statement).
