Vous aurez de bons souvenirs de ce restaurant parce qu'il est connu pour avoir un bon service et une équipe aimable, toujours prête à vous aider. We were there with the Schlemmerblock. It was really hard to find something we liked since there was no beef tenderloin or anything like that. So we decided on half duck and the venison ragout. When we mentioned that we were there with a voucher book, we were refused our selected dishes with the words that you couldn't choose dishes from the season menu with the voucher book, only from the normal menu. So the mood was immediately over. If we hadn't driven 1.5 hours there due to closed highways, we would have left without eating anything. But so we had to choose something else that didn't really appeal to us, but we had no other choice. The operation and service were definitely nice. The plate was also well filled, and there was also some bread with dip as a greeting from the kitchen. We were definitely full, but it wasn't particularly tasty either. So nothing that knocked us off our feet. Unfortunately the food was hardly seasoned and there was very little sauce, so it was really bland. Our mood was already at its lowest point when we didn't get the food we wanted. I also wanted to say that we could have ordered the food using the voucher book, because that's what the gourmet block rules say. In any case, the purpose of the gourmet block to advertise the restaurant and attract new customers was missed if they were then treated like second-class citizens when it came to their choice of dishes. That was the first and last time we were there. About the ambience: It was clean, but the chairs were very uncomfortable and the tables were very close together, so a larger person couldn't get to the benches at all without moving the tables. I have nothing to complain about with the staff, apart from what they said about the court. They were consistently friendly and helpful.
