Big praise! We celebrated a friend's birthday at the Ackermannshof. The boss himself and the entire service team came to the table and congratulated. Flavio Fermi's menu was top class and perfectly coordinated, the service was very professional, friendly and incredibly well trained. Always happy and clear recommendation. Last Friday I had the pleasure of taking part in a wine tasting at Ankermannshof in Basel. The meal, consisting of four courses, was simply fantastic, a real treat for the palate The chef Flavio Fermi really exceeded my expectations. Roland's warm hospitality was unique. He welcomed us with great warmth and professionalism, and the service was also impeccable. The staff was always friendly and attentive, even with special requests.
