We’ve been coming to this location pretty much since it opened, and it’s always had its ups and downs. Unfortunately, it feels like it’s in a bit of a downward spiral right now. Something has clearly changed with the coffee—either the blend or the preparation—but it was honestly terrible. The food quality was just meh at best, nothing memorable at all, and the service was average. We spent about $50 on breakfast, and I don’t mind paying that—if the quality is there. But this visit didn’t deliver on quality food, quality service, or a quality atmosphere,. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $20–30 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking

I visited Jack's Pancake Factory in Barrie for the first time today and ordered their Smoked Meat and Swiss Benedict. I enjoyed the flavour of the Eggs Benedict itself topped with the corned beef. I also thought the mini fruit cup on the side was refreshing, however, I didn't enjoy the side of potatoes that came with the dish, as they weren't very flavourful or really anything special. The service of this restaurant was good with friendly and attentive staff and the atmosphere was just your typical diner. Best place to eat. Staff is great they are friendly and kind. The food is great big portions endless coffee or water been going since it opened
