We had a fantastic experience at East Side Mario's thanks to your friendly and attentive server Michelle! Her warm and welcoming attitude made our DELICIOUS meal even more enjoyable. I went to bayfeild location in Barrie this evening with my youngest child who has two disabilities and myself and my hubby. Wow I was so disgusted with the service that I received from multiple staff members. My husband was given his order wrong and asked to have it replaced. Right away when all three of us received our food all of our food was ice cold when we got it and maybe a tinge warm in the centre. Me and my hubby decided not to eat our food and let the sever know but my son ate his food not knowing because of his disabilities that he could say something and have his food replaced he just ate it and didn’t say anything. When we let the server know our food was cold and I told her I know it’s not her fault she is just serving it I told her I was super unhappy and I wouldn’t feel this food to my dog which is true all the food was ice cold. So then the server decides to only replace my hubbys food and not mine when my hubby asked to have both our meals replaced. So my hubby didn’t want to eat his food until I got mine to be polite so we could eat together. So when he got to eat his food it was cold again. Then the manager comes over and says oh your son can have dessert and anything on the menu so my son Decided to choose a certain dessert and when we asked for that th server says my manager says he can only have ice cream which is not even on the menu. So now my son was sad when he was told he could have something and then was told he couldn’t. Then I was told that the server cried and she is one of the managers best servers and I felt the whole night that it was my fault for everything and I had no right to complain about anything and our opinions didn’t matter and they tested my son especially different by not caring about his feelings at all. Also at the end of it all they didn’t make me and my hubby pay for our food but they still made me pay for sons food when he ate his food cold just like us. I am so disgusted with the service from the two severs and the manager who broke my sons heart and didn’t care what we had to say. Do not go here go somewhere else.
