The manager was nice in handling our issues. Service was rushed, and it was hard to get a hold of someone. I may be slandered for this, but I don't appreciate men with painted nails or poor hygiene being my waiter. I'm not asking for this place to be Hooters, but I find there is definitely a "woke agenda" being pushed at this location; many other Jack's have pleasant ladies as waitresses. My wife and I have had very nice service from waiters who were polite, professional, and cool. This doesn't seem to be the case here. I love Jack's chicken fingers and fries, but they over-fry or under-fry them. Both times they brought the food out, it wasn't at par with what I've had from other Jack's. My server was helpful and kind, but I ordered a side of fries and 2 drinks and paid $60. They were okay. I realized the next morning that I was charged for a shot of tequila and 2 other drinks that I didn't even order. My bad for not checking the bill when I was paying, I was in a group and wanted to pay quickly because they were closing soon. I do think it's a good idea to make sure you're charging people for what they actually order though. Price per person: $60–70

Her product knowledge and attention to detail were unmatched, while her friendly disposition and can do attitude left me impressed. The exemplary level of service made our experience an especially memorable one, and I look forward to dining here again! The food, drink, and atmosphere certainly didn't disappoint either.
