3 stars at BEST. But honestly more like 2 stars, hence my rating. We were not overly impressed by either the service or the food. We did the like pasta itself but the sauces all seemed way too salty for our personal preference. Plus as I’m sure other people have probably mentioned, I’m not sure why it was served with fake parmesan lol. It was not busy at all when we went however our server did take quite a while, we sat there for a bit before even being able to flag her down for our bill. This is definitely a one & done restaurant for us which is unfortunate.

Went to this location tonight to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our serve was great. Our mozzarella app was delicious, but over priced for what you get. Our meals while they were beautifully presented, left a lot to be desired in way of flavour. My pasta, while yes a mushroom sauce, also had spinach, garlic and mushroomsyou couldn’t taste anything other than the mushrooms. It needed more than just the odd diced onion in there to give it more balance and flavor. The salmon was cooked nicely, however, again overpowered by the beans. We have been to other locations and found the food to be much better. $21 for a 10oz glass of wine is a bit much, especially when it’s 50% off for the bottle, can’t really have a full bottle to myself on a weeknight and work the next day, so a special that we didn’t see anyone taking advantage of. Atmosphere on the Paiton left a lot to be desired, inside was beautiful but busy, so we sat outside. Could barely hear our waitress over the conversation at the table beside usthey are very squished in there. Overall it was ok, not really worth the price that was paid. I would come back for the mozzarella ball for a girls night app type thing, but not again for a dinner. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options

Went the other day with a friend to try it out as I really enjoyed Scarborough location many times. The only thing in common is the name. The food and service was terrible, we ordered a bruchetta to share and am guessing it was made for another table, and they cancelled, or they make far in advance hoping to sell it. It was cold and saugy. We ordered a couple of Blue Moon drafts and we both said where is orange slice. Well after waiting for a while with empty glasses, all the while I was waving at waitress who was in a conversation with 2 other waitresses, probably ignoring their tables too, we finally got another beer, low and behold these ones had orange slices. My main course, a Mushroom Truffle Linguini was very dried out from sitting under heat lamp for a long time as hanging with her friends was more important. If you still decide to go to Scaddabush, make the trip to Scarborough for good food and good service otherwise you will be very disappointed.
