I'm sorry but we're not quite there. It certainly must have been an unlucky day, there were certainly a lot of us. However, there were a series of critical issues that for me go beyond that. Except the staff. The kids are good and polite. But it is precisely the organization that doesn't work. We sat down at 1.45pm, the starters arrived at 2.30pm. At 4pm we were still waiting for the first and second courses. Arrived at 4.15pm. Two first courses were sent back because, although they had been recommended by the waitress as a main course, they were completely overcooked and above all with sand inside. We didn't want to have them replaced because it was now 4.30pm and honestly we couldn't eat a promo at 5pm. The funny thing is that, at the time of the bill (very salty, given everything), they had not been deducted from the total bill. Even the children's table was missing some place settings that we parents added. I had to ask for the bill three times, exactly like the reminder for the first courses. The lady was pleasantly standing in the doorway smoking a cigarette. For goodness sake, there is. But it's not a pretty sight, especially when customers are waiting for lunch at 4.15pm, having been seated since 1.45pm. Also pay attention to the quality of the raw materials: the mussels were dry and dry. The poached octopus are good. I don't know why the rest; unfortunately I had to send the first one back to the kitchen. Take more care of your customers. And if you can't handle large tables (I can understand that), don't accept reservations of this type.

Bad experience, we stopped on the fly with two adults and two children, we only took two plates of pasta with clams, full of butter and a bottle of water, guess what? €40 basically made them pay €2 cover charge per person including the 3 year old girl and the 4 year old boy, for a total of €8 cover charge. Not recommended. You really don't know what catering means. It takes sociability, entertainment with customers, offering coffee at the end of lunch/dinner, giving a bit of a discount, these are all things in the catering industry, which you don't even know what that means. Speaking of bicarbonate, it wouldn't surprise me given the indecency we ate, I would also recommend a little lemon and vinegar at this point . Well done, even in your answers you make it clear what attitude you have in catering.

Reserved place on the beach through a special app il Pirata is a beautiful establishment located in Passoscuro (RM) with private parking, well-spaced umbrellas, well maintained. At the restaurant you eat well.
