I had the pleasure of dining at the Baia Verde restaurant and I must say that the experience was absolutely unforgettable. Located near the sea, the restaurant looks familiar right from the start, the tables are positioned by the pool, surrounded by lawn and trees. The atmosphere is simply enchanting: a perfect mix between romance and relaxation. The soft lights, the sound of the pool waterfall in the background create the ideal environment for a dinner for two or a quiet evening with friends. The service was impeccable, with courteous and attentive staff who were able to make our experience even more pleasant. The real protagonist, however, is the fish: very fresh, cooked to perfection and presented with a care that demonstrates the chef's passion for his art. We started with an appetizer which was an explosion of delicate and well-balanced flavours. As a main course, (for me) the grilled fish was simply divine, super fresh, melt in your mouth. My husband opted for the tagliolino al sud (chopped with raw and cooked prawns, lemon, stracciatella) what can I say... confirms the explosion of flavors on the palate. The wine list is also noteworthy, with a curated selection that perfectly accompanies each course. We chose a bottle of yellow Moscato from the Dolomites, its fruity and spicy notes of green pepper reached the palate like a tsunami. In conclusion, if you are looking for a place to enjoy excellent fish in a romantic and relaxing environment, Baia Verde is definitely the right choice.
