Absolutely lovely time here. Hidden gem worth finding. Food was fantastic and house wine was a hit , we managed to get the last table for the evening so be there early it is a small place but a must . Pasta was delicious and the atmosphere was very joyful and fun, our definition of a good time! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Very kind, friendly service with very high quality food! We were told they are full and we need to wait 1 hr. We didnt mind it is usual in Rome for good places. Still they dropped an extra table to the street with beer and small food for us till we could order after 30 min.

In the Jewish quarter next to the Octavia ruins. Outdoor and in door seating. 2 rooms inside- one with 7 tables for 4. Service was slow- took awhile to be served the menu. Very reasonable priced food. The house wine was 3euros for 1/4 litre. Ordered three starters for lunch on a Monday: Had the two types of artichoke : Jewish and Romans and the courgette flower. Courgette flower was over-battered and Fried in oil that tasted of fish! Shame, as it ruined the delicate taste of the dish. The Jewish fried artichoke was beautiful dish, a bit oily but other than that- beautiful- crispy and soft in the middle . The romana style artichoke which was boiled with olive oil and herbs was good but the Jewish style artichoke was better. The red wine was very good value for the house red at 3euros and tasted fine.
