Tell Harmony lunch. This is not the harmony lunch of old days with the marks family. This is the new and not improved Harmony lunch run buy chef Nick benninger of the Fat Sparrow group. He thinks but he is duplicated the recipe the original recipe for the pork burger. However his so-called recipe for the pork burger with fried onions there's nowhere near or even remotely close the original pork recipe of the marks family . I tried their pork burger on opening day with fried onions. When it came to me it had cheese on it but I did not order or did not want on it it also came with mustard ketchup and relish on it in a teaspoon barely a teaspoon a mushy gross fried onions. An absolute prophetic attempt cooking fried onions and the pork burger was tasteless and nowhere near the flavour or the taste of the original Marx family pork burger. I went there one time and I'll never return again. Just a reminder to people out there if you want to taste the original recipe pork burger from the marks family. It is available in Heidelberg Ontario at stumlers Meats on lobsinger line in Heidelberg where you can buy it in the 1-pound tubes and it is the original pork burger recipe from the marks family . The 1-pound package mix 5 original pork burgers each. And is absolutely outstanding taste and flavour of the original recipe this was sanctioned by the marks family working with stem where's Meats reproduce their old recipe and sell it to the public.
