I've been a customers when you were not that big, I have promoted ur product's to a lot of my co workers, literally through word of mouth. But yesterday ( was not acceptable )morning of Aug. 11,2023. I am making a complaint to the staff in the cash, shes tall and brown.Has no sense of good customer service, impatient, rude, this reflects what kind of orientation they have. Not all of the staff though cause it's my first, they've been nice in my recollection but this one shouldnt be at the front if she can't tolerate dealing with people. She's very robotic. I recommended Harina to my sister and her fam from the US . I cut them from buying too much at Valerios and try Harina instead. And there we go, cashier is not even friendly,impatient. She was just looking at us with so much impatience on her face, isang tanong isang sagot sya. When we were paying the impatience and monotone... , she said debit credit? Debit credit? She didn't say anything bit that, she treat people
with no importance at all, she didn't say anything rude but her action showed it all. Very negative vibe for a business. You should get rid of her give her goid orientation with values . I'm very patient and tolerable with people, but this one made my second negative review. First was FV , where are they now? I did the same thing after the bad experience, "word of mouth" Fv is not around anymore, it might be you harina of you don't change ur people. Thank you!

Quality downgraded alot. My mom and I went to Harina Bakeshoppe around 1pm my mom ordered the pandesal with pork filling and my mom complained to the lady that the pandesal was hard and asked if she was able to trade it with a softer one. The lady in the front didnt know how to accomodate and wasnt helpful to her concerns. I also bought the cheese ensaymada and when we got home, it was hard and stale even after microwaving the ensaymada. Its sad because the bake shop used to be so good.

I went there this morning nov. 27 around 6am. The pandesal was good but i encounter the cashier being rude to the old guy buying pandesal. The lady enter the wrong order and at the end made the old guy fault and he is screaming to the old guy but the guy still calm talking to the lady and even if the lady is rude he still manage to say thank you. I think the lady name is Denisse as i saw it in the receipt. Maybe the owner needs to talk to her because of her attitude to the customers.
