Your feedback is always precious to us, but this time we are surprised to read the critical issues expressed in this review, especially because, in addition to the lack of photos or other evidence attesting to the incident, no report was made to our staff during the your visit. We would certainly have appreciated the opportunity to intervene immediately if the reported problems actually arose, in order to resolve them on the spot. We therefore take this opportunity to respond to the points raised here. On the food front, we're sorry if the sandwich didn't meet expectations. However, the observations regarding our meat, “black” baked potatoes and ultra-salty French fries leave us rather perplexed. The quality of the ingredients is an absolute priority for us and one of our great strengths, for which we regularly receive compliments from our customers. We are very attentive to the freshness and preparation of our sandwiches and use only high quality raw materials. Even the mention of absent service and cleaning surprises us. As you may have noticed, we do not offer traditional table service, but our staff still does their best to ensure that every customer is treated with the utmost care and courtesy. We would like to clarify that in our restaurant we pay almost obsessive attention to cleanliness and hygiene. It is our goal to ensure a consistently clean and welcoming environment for all our customers, and we continually strive to maintain high standards. We hope our response has clarified the points raised in the review.
