Great food, drinks and service! The games are super fun. The vibe screams “good times to be had!” But in a gentle, caring, big-brother kind of way, the sibling kind not George Orwell! Enjoy! Price per person: $30–40

The food was OK at first, the chicken wings were a hit. But my burger was a complete disaster. The patty still smelled like the fridge, as if they forgot to put salt in it. The fries were not even good, many were very short and tasted completely limp. The video games seemed to be from the 90s, many of the settings were very unreasonable, for example the rope tied to the hammer was so short that it could not be operated freely. The QR code on the table claiming free parking was also a complete lie. A terrible night. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I am sorry to hear about your experience here at Greta. It is always our goal to provide people with an experience more than worth their time. I will review your food review with our kitchen team, I assure you this is not our standard nor the norm. We take a lot of pride in our food program but it seems we did not hit our standard with your meal. I'm sorry about the parking as well! We do validate for parking from the underground parkade beneath Greta. I'm sorry that the execution wasn't as clear when you were here on how it worked. I would love to walk you through it the next time you were here! As for the games, out of the 50 games we have, 10 are retro. Almost all of them are quite new including 9 of them that we just got last month all with exciting activation's like tic tac toe basketball, Jet pong and Kaiju! We were in fact the first place to carry Kaiju in Canada! Overall, I would love the opportunity to bring you back for an experience on me that is worthy of your patronage.
