Where do I start...? I visited this cafe three times in total ..and 2/3 times I was disappointed. The first time I got some Italian macaroni salad from the display case and had severe stomach problems the whole day after. I was hoping it wasn't from this establishment, I decided to give it another chance. The next time I just got a cocoa milk and a sandwich and decided to sit there instead. There were no straws, the tables were dirty and most of the chairs were stained. It was disgusting. Still, I passed today as well, the third and LAST time!! I got a simple sandwich, I was served by two blonde women, one plumper, the other thin, and a man. I told them to warm it up and the answer was: "Fresh or coffee?" . It's like I have to have a drink with my meal!! And I told them nothing, they proceeded to reheat it, during which they didn't care at all about the customers pushing each other, talking to each other the whole time, my sandwich was burnt and I told them to take it home, to which they did nothing -different from putting it in my regular cardboard box without even closing it somehow or wrapping it in something or putting it in a bag. Whereupon right after I picked it up, in an attempt to close it, the eco-box popped and the sandwich fell out. They didn't offer to pay me a new one, I got a new one and paid double! Wherein it wasn't even well done. Don't go there, the staff is careless, the food is not worth the price, the place is miserable.!!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I absolutely enjoy my frequent visits to Green Deli Cafe Cherni vrah! The manager and lovely staff always go out of their way to make me feel special. Their courtesy, attention to detail and warm, personal attitude make every visit a real joy. As if they have a magic touch, my orders are ready in advance and they never cease to make my day with their cheerful and friendly service. Keep up the fantastic work!
